Kansas City Wedding Open House - Disco & Champagne Wall Rentals

We were invited to join the Madrid Theatre’s Open House and Styled Shoot in January, and we were so excited to join the stellar event and vendor team! The Madrid holds a special place in my heart — my husband and I celebrated our wedding there in 2022! It was so special to be back as a vendor in 2024.

designwise KC set up our disco balls, and created a brand activation for the Madrid Theatre and its Open House guests with our white champagne wall! Guests were greeted with an acrylic cut Welcome to Madrid Theatre signage, and a pre-poured wall of champagne flutes with custom Madrid Theatre acrylic drink tags. We’re a huge proponent of custom moments for your event guests, so we were so grateful that the planning team let us run with our idea!

Our champagne wall is 6 feet tall by 3.5 feet wide, with clear acrylic glass holders. The wall can hold 48 champagne flutes total, and can be customized via wall color and title text! We really hope to see more companies and clients use this wall in a more specialized way.

Our disco ball rental inventory continues to grow, with sizes from 1 inch - 20 inches available. We recently added a disco ball motor and spotlights for your event, too! This styled shoot featured a lot of our 6 inch and 8 inch options as a tabletop focal point, which was beautiful to see with smaller floral centerpieces to complement the day!
