Disco & Pink Filled End of Summer Party

At the end of September, I had the opportunity to work with AesthetiCare Medspa on their 21st Annual End of Summer party. The theme was Studio AC, and their team wanted to lean into a bright, fun disco vibe. The event happened over two days at their two locations, the first at the AC Medspa Liberty, Missouri location, and the second day was at their Leawood, Kansas location.

designwise KC created three custom large scale installations, including two backdrops and a tent installation, and two acrylic signs.

Outside, a tent was set up to host multiple vendor tables, music, and food/drink. designwise KC used the tent to install multiple disco balls and hanging pink and silver fringe in the space. We also created a pink and silver fringe backdrop that was used for photos at the entrance.

AC Medspa’s main attraction of the event is over $25,000 worth of giveaways each day, and they wanted to make sure there was a fun, themed set up for their giveaway table. designwise KC created a custom backdrop of silver records with an acrylic “Enter to Win” laser cut sign. We also created five custom disco bowls for the raffle tickets to be collected!

Overall, it was such a fun event and theme to work on, and AesthetiCare Medspa had a great turnout for both days of the event! designwise KC has now listed most of these items as rentals - if you’re interested in a rental or a custom backdrop, please reach out!
